COVID-19 RESPONSE

Covid-19 Update  – What are we doing to keep our customers and our employees safe?           

Prime Electric has adapted safety precautions in response to Covid-19 to keep our customers and our employees as safe as possible.  Here is what you can expect from us:

  • Every morning our employees’ temperatures are taken.  As stated by the CDC, a fever is one of the most common symptom of Covid-19.  Any employee with a fever will be immediately sent home.
  • Each service truck is equipped with hand sanitizers, which the employees will use on a frequent basis while on the job site.
  • The commonly shared areas of the electrical shop will be disinfected more frequently.
  • Each employee is provided face masks and will wear them upon their discretion and always upon your request.

To further keep our interactions between our electricians and customers safe, we ask that the 6 foot social distanting guideline be observed whenever possible on job sites. 

And of course, if a member of your household has tested positive for the Coronavirus or is showing symptoms of the virus, please reschedule your service to a later date.

We understand that these uncertain times can be frightening.  The least we can do is turn on the lights for you!
